50 Cent Rejects Jewelers Plea For Forgiveness Amid Lawsuit

50 Cent isn’t backing down after suing a jeweler for using his name and image to promote an imitation version of the G-Unit honcho’s cross chain.

As AllHipHop reported, 50 Cent sued Maksud Agadjani and TraxNYC for trademark infringement on Thursday (October 10), but the jeweler hopes he has a change of heart.

Hours after reports of the lawsuit, Agadjani hopped on his Instagram Story with a video message, invoking the symbolism of the cross to appeal to 50 Cent.

“The cross is meant for forgiveness, redemption, forgiveness of sins,” he said. “Forgive, forget. Let it go, brother.”

However, 50 Cent is not known for his forgiving nature concerning financial misgivings. In fact, the Hip-Hop and entertainment mogul is notorious for collecting on all debts (by Monday), something the jeweler should have considered.

50 Cent reposted Agadjani’s plea alongside a message of his own. “Let me think about it,” he teased before adding, “Nah you tried to play with me ! You know the vibes by Monday.”

50 Cent Advises Jeweler To Talk To A Lawyer

A short while later, 50 Cent returned with a post from Agadjani’s Instagram Story. It appears the jeweler was trying to shift the pieces quickly. “Get ‘em before they’re gone,” Agadjani wrote alongside the knockoff crosses.

“This fool took my custom piece copied it, then posted this 7 hours ago using my likeness to sell them. He must don’t know how this works,” 50 wrote in the caption. “If he talks to a lawyer they would tell him this is not good.”

Before 50 took legal action, Agadjani brazenly boasted about copying the rapper’s custom piece to promote his knockoffs.

“Guess what 50 Cent?” he said in one video. “We just jocked your style.”

Agadjani further taunted 50 Cent by tagging him in an Instagram post earlier this week. Thanking him “for the inspiration,” Agadjani wrote, “I’m sure you won’t mind.”

However, 50 Cent did mind and let him know in the comments. “This was a bad idea,” he replied. “You will regret doing this I promise.”
