Diddy allegedly dangled a woman over a 17th-floor balcony and declared himself “the Devil,” according to disturbing testimony delivered Wednesday (June 4) in federal court as part of the ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering case against the Hip-Hop mogul.

The witness, Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, a fashion designer and former friend of Cassie Ventura, told jurors she suffered night terrors after the alleged incident and described a volatile environment surrounding Diddy that included drug use, surveillance and threats.

Bongolan testified that Diddy once grabbed her and held her over a high-rise balcony during an encounter she said left her traumatized.

She also recounted a separate moment in 2016 when Diddy allegedly got in her face and said, “I am the Devil and I could kill you.” The incident reportedly occurred after a photoshoot involving a photographer named “Bad Boi.”

Bongolan said she met Ventura in 2013 while working in streetwear and later became close with her.

She described Ventura’s relationship with Diddy as abusive and said she initially resisted meeting him after seeing Ventura with a black eye.

Eventually, she said, Ventura convinced her to come around.

During her testimony, Bongolan detailed how Diddy allegedly tracked their whereabouts without permission. She said he once sent Ventura a list of locations they had visited, despite neither of them telling him where they were.

Bongolan described feeling terrified upon realizing he had been monitoring them. Bongolan also testified that Diddy once stormed into Ventura’s apartment, threw a knife in her direction and then left after Cassie threw it back at him.

She also said Ventura showed her bruises over FaceTime before filming a scene for The Perfect Match.

In addition to the physical threats, Bongolan said Diddy supplied her and Ventura with drugs, including cocaine, ketamine and a substance she called “G.”

She admitted to occasionally selling drugs and said she often picked up Oxycodone for Ventura, who paid her for it. She also said she once got cocaine for Diddy.

Bongolan filed a $10 million lawsuit against Diddy in Los Angeles Superior Court in November 2024, alleging sexual assault and detailing the same balcony incident she described in court. S

The trial continues Tuesday (June 4) in federal court.
